The Summer Festivities of Early Music is the most extensive and longest-running festival dedicated to historical musical styles in Prague. The festival brings top international performers to the Czech Republic, who play on original or replica historical instruments as known from period engravings and paintings.
Holders of an ISIC card can attend the opening concert Die Bach-Familie (17 July at 8:00 PM) and the closing concert Passione d’amore (5 August at 8:00 PM) of the 26th edition of the Summer Festivities of Early Music for a special price of CZK 100. Tickets are available only at the festival box office (GALERIE 1, Štěpánská 47, Prague 1) and not online.
