Withdrawal from the agreement
Changed your mind? No problem. By law, you have the right to withdraw from an insurance agreement concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
If the insurance has not yet taken effect:
We will refund the full amount to the account you paid from within 14 days at the latest.
If the insurance has already taken effect::
We will refund the premium paid, reduced by the amount for the days you were already insured.
