How to become a tax advisor?
- you have completed a university education at least at the bachelor's level
- you are educating yourself in the field of tax advisory
- you submit an application to take the qualification exam
- you successfully pass the qualification exam.
- The Chamber will register you in the list of tax advisors

PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
Tax advisory is defined by the Act on Tax Advisory and the Chamber of Tax Advisors CZ. Tax advisory refers to legal assistance and financial-economic advice in matters of taxes, fees, and other similar monetary payments, as well as matters directly related to them.
WHO CAN PRACTICE THE PROFESSION OF TAX ADVISOR?
Anyone who has completed at least a bachelor's degree—regardless of the field of study—is eligible to become a tax advisor, provided they are competent, legally capable, and successfully pass the qualification exam.
APPLICATION FOR THE QUALIFICATION EXAM
We organize the qualification exams twice a year, so you can apply for the spring or autumn session. A copy of your university diploma must be attached to the application. For foreign diplomas, official recognition (nostrification) is required.
