Product Manager

Our core products will no longer be just plastic cards. Digitalization of them is the next step into the future and new role is required to oversee the creation of digital products and services. Product owner is responsible for understanding of customer needs, translating these needs into solutions, and working prototypes ready to be developed. He/she works closely with Group Directors and other key stakeholders in the organization with a goal of launching new products and services and its ultimately responsible for success of digital solutions.  

• You will be responsible for digital product design, including:
• Customer Research (B2B and B2C)
• Product Features
• UX, Visuals, Prototyping
• Go-To-Market Strategy
• Your typical product would be a mobile app, a complex verification system or an IT tool designed for cards ordering
• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap, prioritizing projects and tasks
• Cross-functional coordination between departments (e.g., getting their insights & needs and keeping everyone in the loop)
• Product ownership of company’s websites
• Tracking business needs for websites and checking their fulfilment

• Product performance (e.g., active users, ads revenue, customer satisfaction…)  – set on a project-to-project basis
• Delivering projects in time

Requirements:

• Advanced understanding of product design
• Proven track of record in digital product launches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English
• Great coordination skills especially in cross-department cooperation
• People management experience (at least team of 3-5)
• Technical background and orientation in market trends
